Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to the temperature specified on the tater tots package, usually around 425°F (220°C). Spread tater tots evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- While tater tots are baking, heat a large skillet over medium heat and add ground beef. Cook for 7-10 minutes until browned, then drain excess grease and season with salt and pepper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the browned ground beef, slightly crushed tater tots, and both shredded cheeses. Mix until well distributed.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side or microwave for 10-15 seconds to make them pliable.
- Fill tortillas with a generous amount of filling, drizzle with chipotle sauce, and add sour cream. Roll tightly from the bottom up and secure seam side down.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) if not already set. Arrange burritos seam-side down in a greased baking dish, sprinkle with cheese, and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Let burritos cool for a couple of minutes, then garnish with fresh toppings and serve with additional sour cream and chipotle sauce.

Notes
Ensure tater tots are cooked perfectly to avoid soggy burritos. Customize the filling with your favorite veggies if desired.
