Step-by-Step Instructions for Kielbasa and Potato Casserole
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Melt two tablespoons of butter in a large skillet, add chopped onion, and cook for 3-4 minutes until soft.
  3. Add sliced kielbasa to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned.
  4. Whisk together condensed cream of chicken soup, milk, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika in a mixing bowl, then fold in 1 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
  5. Toss diced Yukon Gold potatoes with the kielbasa and onion mixture, then pour cheese sauce over and stir gently.
