  • 1/2 cup milk can substitute with chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder or use fresh garlic
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder or use sautéed onions
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper adjust to taste
  • optional garnish chopped parsley

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray or butter.
  2. Unroll the refrigerated crescent rolls into individual triangles. Place a spoonful of cooked chicken and a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese at the wide end of each triangle. Roll from wide end to point and arrange seam side down in the greased dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until smooth. Pour the creamy sauce over the crescent rolls.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese on top. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden-brown and bubbly.
  5. Let the dish cool for 5 minutes, then serve warm. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
