Step-by-Step Instructions for Cheesy Baked Vegetable Rolls
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk thoroughly.
  3. Add the warm water and olive oil to the flour mixture. Stir until the dough begins to come together.
  4. Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 3-4 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. Roll the dough into a rectangle, approximately 1/4 inch thick.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix together the shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, cream cheese, chopped vegetables, parsley, and garlic powder until well blended.
  7. Spread the cheese and vegetable mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough, leaving a small border.
  8. Starting from one edge, tightly roll the dough into a log and seal the edges by pinching them together.
  9. Cut the rolled dough into 8 equal pieces and arrange them cut-side up on a greased baking sheet.
  10. Melt some butter and brush the tops of the rolls before baking.
  11. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  12. Remove the rolls from the oven and let them cool slightly on a wire rack.
