Step-by-Step Instructions for Cheesy Baked Vegetable Rolls
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk thoroughly.
- Add the warm water and olive oil to the flour mixture. Stir until the dough begins to come together.
- Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 3-4 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle, approximately 1/4 inch thick.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, cream cheese, chopped vegetables, parsley, and garlic powder until well blended.
- Spread the cheese and vegetable mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough, leaving a small border.
- Starting from one edge, tightly roll the dough into a log and seal the edges by pinching them together.
- Cut the rolled dough into 8 equal pieces and arrange them cut-side up on a greased baking sheet.
- Melt some butter and brush the tops of the rolls before baking.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove the rolls from the oven and let them cool slightly on a wire rack.
