  • 0.25 cup Rolled Oats quick or instant oats also work
  • 0.25 cup Chopped Walnuts omit or switch to sunflower seeds for nut-free
For Sweetness (Optional)
  • 1-2 tablespoons Maple Syrup or agave syrup or honey
  • as needed Ice Cubes or fresh frozen bananas

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Gather all ingredients: almond milk, grated carrot, banana, cinnamon, vanilla, oats, walnuts, and ice cubes.
  2. Pour 1 cup of almond milk into your blender.
  3. Add grated carrot and banana to the blender, blend on low for 15 seconds.
  4. Sprinkle in ground cinnamon and vanilla extract, blend on medium for 30 seconds.
  5. Add rolled oats and blend on high for 30 seconds until smooth.
  6. If desired, add maple syrup and blend for an additional 15 seconds.
  7. Add walnuts for crunch, blend on low for 15 seconds.
  8. Blend everything on high for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  9. Pour into a glass, garnish with cinnamon or walnuts.
  10. Enjoy immediately for the best flavor!
