Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl or jar, add oats, almond milk, chia seeds, vanilla protein powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, shredded carrots, pecans, and raisins. Stir until well combined.
  2. Cover the bowl or jar and place it in the refrigerator. Let it chill for at least 1 hour, ideally overnight.
  3. In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips, Greek yogurt, and cream cheese. Microwave in intervals until smooth.
  4. Once oats are ready, pour the cheesecake ganache over the top and spread evenly.
  5. In the morning, stir the oats gently, top with shredded carrots and pecans, and enjoy.
