  • 2 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs or Breasts Adjust based on serving needs.
  • 1 tbsp Oil for Searing or Grilling Choose a high smoke point oil.
For Garnish
  • Green Onions Use as a colorful topping.
  • Sesame Seeds Sprinkle on top for extra texture.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Whisk together the marinade ingredients in a bowl or resealable bag. Add chicken, coat well, seal or cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, ideally overnight.
  2. Choose your cooking method: grill, bake, or pan-sear. Preheat grill to medium-high or oven to 400°F (200°C). For pan-searing, heat oil in a skillet.
  3. For grilling, place marinated chicken on the grill and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, basting with marinade until cooked to 165°F (74°C).
  4. For baking, arrange chicken in a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, basting halfway.
  5. For pan-searing, cook chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, adding marinade in the last 2 minutes.
  6. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes
