  3. Cover the bowl or jar with a lid or plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator. Allow the mixture to chill for at least 1 hour—overnight is best.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, add 2 tablespoons of Lotus Biscoff spread and microwave for about 20-30 seconds until melted. Stir until smooth.
  5. Crumble a Lotus Biscoff cookie on top for garnish.
