Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine cooked ground beef, sliced pepperoni, shredded mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce, and Italian seasoning. Mix well to create a hearty filling.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and drizzle in about 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Let it shimmer for approximately 2 minutes.
  3. Take one tortilla and place it in the hot skillet. Spoon half of the filling mixture over it, then top with another tortilla and press down gently.
  4. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes until the bottom is crispy and golden brown, then flip to cook the other side for another 3 to 4 minutes.
