- In a medium mixing bowl, combine cooked ground beef, sliced pepperoni, shredded mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce, and Italian seasoning. Mix well to create a hearty filling.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and drizzle in about 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Let it shimmer for approximately 2 minutes.
- Take one tortilla and place it in the hot skillet. Spoon half of the filling mixture over it, then top with another tortilla and press down gently.
- Cook for 3 to 4 minutes until the bottom is crispy and golden brown, then flip to cook the other side for another 3 to 4 minutes.
- Once both sides are golden brown, transfer the quesadilla to a cutting board and slice into wedges. Serve hot with extra pizza sauce.
