  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil can substitute with avocado oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice or lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder or use fresh garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano or Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Basil or use dried basil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken thighs in a resealable bag or large bowl, pour the marinade over them, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Arrange the marinated chicken thighs skin-side up in a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for about 35-40 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Let the chicken rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve with any leftover marinade and your favorite sides.
