Cooking Steps
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil or line it with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Boursin cheese, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and half of the olive oil or melted butter. Stir until smooth.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry and drizzle the remaining olive oil or butter over them. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Place the seasoned salmon fillets skin-side down in the baking dish and spread the Boursin mixture over each fillet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Let the baked salmon rest for 2 minutes before serving and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
