Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil or line it with parchment paper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine Boursin cheese, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and half of the olive oil or melted butter. Stir until smooth.
  4. Pat the salmon fillets dry and drizzle the remaining olive oil or butter over them. Season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Place the seasoned salmon fillets skin-side down in the baking dish and spread the Boursin mixture over each fillet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  7. Let the baked salmon rest for 2 minutes before serving and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
