Cooking Instructions
  1. Wash and peel the Russet potatoes. Cut them into ¼–⅓ inch matchsticks and set aside.
  2. Soak the cut fries in cold water for 25–30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for better texture. Drain once soaked.
  3. Dry the fries thoroughly using a clean kitchen towel or paper towels.
  4. Drizzle the dried fries with olive oil and toss to coat. Add salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Stir well.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F for about 3–5 minutes.
  6. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Add the seasoned fries in a single layer and cook for 14–18 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  7. Once cooked, toss the fries with a pinch of salt and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
