  • 1 package Frozen Ravioli Toss directly from the freezer.
For the Vegetables
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For sautéing.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers Chopped, mix and match.
  • 1 medium Zucchini Sliced thin.
  • 1 cup Broccoli Cut into small florets.
For Serving
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated, for serving.
  • to taste Salt For seasoning.
  • to taste Pepper For seasoning.

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Fill a large pot with water, add salt, and bring to a boil.
  2. Add frozen ravioli to the boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet, add minced garlic, and sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Add bell peppers, zucchini, and broccoli to the skillet, season with salt, and sauté for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Drain ravioli and add to skillet, folding them with the sautéed vegetables.
  6. Sprinkle with pepper and grated Parmesan cheese, tossing to combine.
